Well clearly we were MIA for a little while...We figured getting back into the blogging world was better just for the fact we can interact a little better via this blog as well as share updates and stories a little more in depth than our FACEBOOK page! Don't get us wrong, we love FACEBOOK but we love our blog too and we intend to give it a little more TLC.
Stork Vision Amarillo has passed by their two year mark in business! We seriously love our job and all of you ladies along with your family and friends! We enjoy meeting everyone that walks through our door and we even more enjoy when you girls send us birth announcements of your babies! :)
To sort of celebrate two years and SPRING we decided we would have our first ever event at our store. Nothing like the last minute but the event is tomorrow :) and we are blogging about it the day before! If you happen to read this in time then you're in luck! Our little spring event will take place April 28th form 10-2 at our location, 2600 Paramount Blvd, Suite G1. We would love to see anyone and everyone there!
We will be having cupcakes made by none other than The Ruffled Cup, cookies, lemonade, and refreshing water! Let's not forget the important part though, SHOPPING! Stork Vision has a wonderful $5 rack set up, new merchandise and this next part is exciting too. Baby Bump Couture, a new maternity store, is going to be there as well introducing new maternity items as well as bringing some that are marked HALF off. Stork Vision will also be giving away a fantastic Stella and Dot mommy necklace that will include the actual chain, and a charm that says MOM on it. This necklace is so cute and we are excited to give it away to one lucky gal. All you have to do is come in and enter your name into the drawing. Should you decide you want to add to this necklace, Stella and Dot offers birthstone charms as well as other charms you can add.

It Works...
Ladies!
Did you get pesky stretch marks after pregnancy? I know I did. My stomach looked like it had gone to war with something. It had stretched to MAX capacity and I didn't even get stretch marks until ONE week before delivery. :( Sad day. Anyway, after having my baby I tried about 10 different creams and none even worked. About a month ago I notcied a friend was bragging about a product called "It Works" and said her stretch marks were just about gone.
WHAT?
I inquired about it and was a little hesitant because everything says it works and it does NOT. But...I decided to try it out because I trusted her. Well. Been using the stretch mark cream for two weeks and they are going away. I am not going to guarantee anything because I do not sale this product, but I am just saying as a satisfied customer I believe that after I use this bottle of cream they will be gone. Or atleast to the point where you can't see them unless you get an inch away from me. My doctor told me that nothing in the world except surgery could take stretch marks ALL the way away. I can't do surgery so cream was going to have to work! This is worth a shot. I follow the directions just as it told me and I truly believe this works!
